Pet Policy

We are pet friendly!

Rent: $20 per pet
Non-Refundable pet fee is $350 for first pet, $100 for second pet.
Restrictions: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/ Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canaria, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybird and mix breeds. Aggressive breeds prohibited.
* Only available in select apartments
